Priory Road is the main residential street in the Hardway neighbourhood, running from the higher ground down to the harbour waterfront. The road is lined with a mix of terraced cottages and later housing, becoming progressively more characterful as it approaches the water. The Jolly Roger pub sits on Priory Road and serves as the neighbourhood local. At the bottom of the road, the hard itself provides direct access to the harbour, with boats pulled up on the shore and views across to Priddy's Hard and the wider harbour.
